Core Infrastructure Engineer · Enterprise Healthcare

I keep critical systems moving.

I turn complicated migrations, outages, and platform dependencies into controlled, testable work. My background spans enterprise infrastructure, identity, messaging, healthcare applications, and automation across Windows, Linux, Azure, and Google Cloud.

20+years in infrastructure
100+healthcare facilities supported
100K+users in messaging migration scope
32Kaccount cleanup validated

Selected impact at CHS

Work that reduces risk and gets the platform forward.

The strongest infrastructure work is often invisible: the migration that lands cleanly, the outage that stays contained, and the dependency found before a cutover.

02

Identity governance

Validated an approximately 32,000-account Azure cleanup

Investigated a large deletion queue, reconciled the affected identities against on-premises Active Directory, confirmed the upstream purge with partner teams, and routed the change through formal CAB review.

03

Security response

Contained and repaired a high-risk file-share exposure

Responded after broad permissions were applied to sensitive finance and payroll shares. Temporarily disabled access, restored least-privilege permissions, coordinated validation, and created a recovery path for files moved during the exposure window.

04

Service resilience

Led recovery through a multi-day server outage

Identified the failure early, assumed ownership of the response, and stayed with the cross-team recovery effort until critical services were restored.

05

Reliability engineering

Turned production lessons into pre-cutover tests

Applied years of RightFax support experience to test complete user workflows, unusual edge cases, cover-sheet conversions, MFP integration, and failure boundaries before moving facilities to the new platform.

06

Identity operations

Improved Entra synchronization readiness

Maintained directory-sync services, checked server parity and failover readiness, and corrected operational documentation so the recovery path accurately reflected the active AD2-to-AD3 sequence.

Career progression

Built from the systems up.

Feb 2025–Present Community Health Systems
