Platform modernization
Mapped the dependencies across NetScaler routing, site subnets, SCCM deployment, SIP-number porting, tenant binding, MFP workflows, and new RightFax 25.4 servers. Structured pilots and migration waves so readiness could be proven before broader cutover.
Identity governance
Investigated a large deletion queue, reconciled the affected identities against on-premises Active Directory, confirmed the upstream purge with partner teams, and routed the change through formal CAB review.
Security response
Responded after broad permissions were applied to sensitive finance and payroll shares. Temporarily disabled access, restored least-privilege permissions, coordinated validation, and created a recovery path for files moved during the exposure window.
Service resilience
Identified the failure early, assumed ownership of the response, and stayed with the cross-team recovery effort until critical services were restored.
Reliability engineering
Applied years of RightFax support experience to test complete user workflows, unusual edge cases, cover-sheet conversions, MFP integration, and failure boundaries before moving facilities to the new platform.
